Dear Above recipients,
DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER
This letter represents Robert Urquhart. who is hereby serving you with a cease and desist letter and has evidence that you are infringing the reputation of Robert Urquharts name. You have committed Slander and Liable by telling multiple individuals within BC and elsewhere that Robert Urquhart is mentally unstable and requires hospitalization and is currently in a mental instution in the BC region. You have taken part in Slander by telling well over 25 individuals the above as well as going further stating that Robert Urquhart is involved in Pedophilia which is absolutely not true nor factual in anyway. You have committed Liable in sending text messages to various individuals the above-mentioned items over the past 24 months and continue to do so today, hence this letter.
You are hereby required and requested to cease the above statements to each and every individual you made these two (over 50 people to date). You are here by required by law to stop using Robert Urquhart’s name in any communication going forward. You must not take part in the following items as part of this letter. Failure to do so will commence immediate and punishable legal remedies including but not limited to arrest by local authorities.
We demand that you do the following:
- Stating that Robert Urquhart is mentally unstable
- Stating that Robert Urquhart has an explosive temper and is dangerous.
- Stating that Robert Urquhart steals money and other valuables
- Stating that Robert Urquhart is a pedophile
- Stating that Robert Urquhart is involved with YOUR pedophile websites
- Stating that Robert Urquhart has lashed out and personally attacked you or people you know.

CYBER STALKING
It appears that from the period of April 2023 to present you have taken part in a Group Stalking exercise which is part of your web-a-sode “How to make a Killer” which you steam from my iPhone camera and audio devices. You have directly told me on various occasions that you have up to 200,000 subscribers with these individuals all having access to my devices and settings which you randomly change at will. You have turned off my cellular services on various occasions you have killed my battery on multiple occasions, You have recorded my most intimate moments and shared them with your subscribers, You have deleted images and video from my phone. You in the month of May deleted my entire history on my phone up to and including April 1, 2025 without any means of getting them back. You have hacked into my Gmail account and changed the configuration so that I no longer see emails when they come in as you have added my Gmail accounts to your corporate account so you may move emails into hidden folders and delete other emails which are of utmost importance to me in an effort to make my life more challenging then it currently is. You have taken over my emails to the point that I have had to create a 5th email address on my own server which you can not alter so as to have at least 1 email account which is mine. You have taken over my Hotmail account which I’ve had for over 20 years and snoozed every email so that you might review it before it hits the internet.
On multiple occasions you have been directly responsible for “Bricking” my desktop computer as well as two laptop computers. You have changed features and functions like creating tunnels on my internet connection so you might hijack the bandwidth and use that for your websites which you have streaming through my devices. You currently have changed the configuration on my computer so that you control the hard drive on my devices while I’m only able to save items to the cloud which is not standard for a PC. You have also sectioned off parts of my hard drive and hidden them from view to store your videos on so that I am unable to view them but see the hard drive space dwindling without any action able to be taken on my part. You have deleted and removed the operating system from my devices at last 15 times in an effort to have me reset my entire computer and have to start from zero again in an effort to remove any and all evidence which was captured on the computer desktop.
In November you disabled every function on my Toshiba laptop rendering it inoperable deleting the power button and making changes to the firmware on the device to delete functionality which resulted in me having to throw out the laptop as it was unrepairable. You also did this to the second laptop I bough resulting in it being tossed out as well as you removed all network drivers from the device rendering it a glorified notepad.
In September when I purchased a brand new mini computer within the first week of owning it you changed setting rendering it half as powerful as it was originally you continued to change and mess with multiple settings until such time as you went and deleted the entire windows and firmware rendering this device a glorified paperweight and making this device unrepairable and now dead as I have tried to get it to work again but has not.
We demand that you do the following:
- You are to STOP logging on to any of my digital devices immediately
- You are to return any configurations you have made to their original state
- You are to replace or repair any devices which you “Bricked”
- You are to CEASE sharing any of my digital audio or video items to others
- You are to CEASE manipulating my email accounts
- You are to REMOVE any of my accounts from profiles which you control
- You are to IMMEDIATELY replace any and all images and videos which you deleted or hid on my devices

GROUP STALKING
Since April of 2024 you have commenced and taken part in a Group Stalking exercise in person and on devices. On two separate occasions once being April 17, 2025. You were eye witnessed by myself taking part in a Rape and Drugging activity which rendered me deceased for approximately 10 minutes from what my eyewitness tells me. During this activity you “Slammed” me 7 times within a 30-minute period and each time I came to from the chloroform and started to curse out Jon Cameron. I was able to make out the other individuals in the room. You then proceeded to have a party in my living space inviting people over in an effort to take their credit card information for the activity of committing fraud on the residents at 26 Meadowbrook drive in Bedford.
You were again seen in late September, early October in the parking lot behind 1000 mic mac Blvd. going through to what was likely the exit or to another building which may have been rented by your persons.
On February 17th some blond headed woman came to by door on I looked at the peep hole there was no one to be seen. On the second occasion she knocked with the door knocker loudly and this time I was able to follow her down to unit 216 which did not answer when knocked on. All of which have been reported to the police.
Over the past 10 months you have been heard on multipole occasions talking off and through patios in an effort to communicate with Robert Urquhart while he is in his residence. You have also called police on upwards of 50 occasions providing false claims to which the police have arrived at Robert Urquhart’s residence and apprehended him based on these false accusations.
You have told his friends and family that he is a “Crazed out meth head” and a “Heroin Addict” to which both statements are right out lies and false accusations being shared with Friends and Family.
We demand that you do the following:
- You are to REMAIN away from 1000 Mic Mac Blvd
- You are to CEASE having anyone knock on my door at anytime
- You are to CEASE yelling of balconies to me
- You are to CEASE sharing any imagery which belongs to me
- You are to CEASE any communication with Robert Urquharts friends and family
- You are to CEASE any and all communication with Robert Urquhart, excluding your response to this order.

HARRASSMENT
Combined all of the above items constates criminal harassment. Should you refrain from ceasing the above-mentioned items and the daily harassment which has commenced daily ranging from Telling me that you will kill me or my family. You continuer to harass me by turning on my camera and sharing moments unauthorized. You have on over 200 times changed or reset passwords on my accounts. You have on multiple occasions ordered software electronically and used my debit card information to process these transactions. You have on multiple occasions entered my residence and stolen items which belong to me in an effort to frame me for whatever your topic is for the day.
On multiple occasions you have bricked and / or deactivated my digital camera devices and deleted imagery from the cloud and servers on these device in an effort to restrict my efforts of proving that you are on site which you are each and every day.
